Howdy! I'm Jennifer Day (Jen), Founder of Dayglow Strategies.
I started my career as an accidental solo Salesforce Admin at a small nonprofit in 2009. I was the person who got handed "the database" because someone had to figure it out.
In my now 16+ years of Salesforce innovation, I've seen smaller organizations invest in Salesforce consulting firms that build decent technical solutions with low adoption.
