Howdy! I'm Jennifer Day (Jen), Founder of Dayglow Strategies.

I started my career as an accidental solo Salesforce Admin at a small nonprofit in 2009. I was the person who got handed "the database" because someone had to figure it out.

In my now 16+ years of Salesforce innovation, I've seen smaller organizations invest in Salesforce consulting firms that build decent technical solutions with low adoption.

, works with a firm focused on billable hours and deliverable checklists, and ends up with a system that technically works but nobody truly adopts. The consultant moves on. The team is left holding something they can't confidently manage, modify, or grow with.
